At Braids by Blexin, we deliver a premium mobile braiding experience designed for comfort, precision, and elegance. To ensure a seamless and respectful session for both client and stylist, please review the following policy before booking:

Booking & Payment

• All appointments must be scheduled exclusively through our official online booking page.
• Once we receive your booking request, you’ll receive a personalized price quote via email based on your selected style, part size, hair length, and location.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. 50% non-refundable deposit for same-day or next-day appointments. For bookings made 48 hours or more in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit applies.
• Payment is completed online via a secure link provided in your confirmation email. Your appointment is confirmed only after payment is received.

Hair Preparation

To maintain the quality and efficiency of your session:

• Hair must be clean, free of product, and fully detangled prior to your appointment.
• If detangling or blow-drying is required upon arrival, an additional fee will apply.

Appointment Environment

As a mobile service, we ask that you provide:

• A clean, well-lit, and safe space for your appointment.
• To maintain hygiene and focus, pets must be kept in a separate area during the session.

Content Creation

We take pride in showcasing the artistry of our work. By booking with us, you consent to the capture of photos and/or videos during your session for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be featured or wish to be featured faceless (e.g., without your face visible), please inform us before your appointment begins.
